If you have one that's not included please contact us and we'll be delighted to help you further.What Qualifications Do Fran Sirl Fitness Trainers Have?Our experienced instructors are INWA and CYQ qualified with REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) Level 3 Personal Training as a minimum; TIDE (Training in Different Environments); Advanced Suspension Training (e.g. TRX) certification. All staff have Red Cross First Aid training and are fully insured. How Will We Help You Get in Shape?It’s all too easy to let good exercise intentions slip by, so we’re here to help you stay motivated and keep in great shape all year round with our unique range of outdoor fitness training sessions. What's Different About Fran Sirl Fitness?Fran Sirl Fitness' experienced instructors plan every session and motivate you personally. Members often describe our small group classes as “better than a personal trainer” because we give such close attention to each individual. Rather than being confined within a gym, we use the great outdoors. Training sessions are run in several stunning locations in Richmond and Wimbledon where we use ever-changing routes, circuits and equipment to make each session unique. Who Comes to Your Outdoor Classes?Men and women of all ages, sizes and levels of fitness. You don’t have to be fit as it’s our job to get you in shape and keep you healthy. We ensure you exercise safely and at the intensity that suits your level of fitness. It’s up to you whether you walk, jog, run or sprint. All we ask is that you give 100% commitment at each class and keep smiling! While the results you’ll obtain are impressive, we believe staying fit is an important part of life – but not the only thing. We like everyone to have a laugh during training and, as a very friendly group, we enjoy regular social events throughout the year. Why Should I Sign Up For Trial and How Much is it?If you have never experienced the joy of a FRAN SIRL fitness session you can Register for a FREE Trial. It's a great way of finding out just how much fun and how effective our training sessions are. Do I Need to Book Training Sessions?The advertised weekly outdoor fitness classes (see class schedule) in Richmond Park, Richmond (Town Centre) and Wimbledon Common do not need to be booked. Do You Offer Sessions All Year Round!YES! Stopping classes during the winter will undo all the good work you’ve already achieved with us. We run day-time course pretty much all year round (we close for short periods during peak holiday times).
