Fran Sirl fitness has been at the forefront of taking Nordic Walking back to its sporting origins for over 4 years, and has created the most dynamic, low impact, fat burning Nordic Fitness (cross-training) sessions in London.

Fran's Nordic Fitness sessions are totally flexible, so people of any fitness level can join in the fun and the rewards.  Basically he's taken the cross-trainer out of the gym and back to where it belongs - the great outdoors.  Using just a pair of light-weight 'ski' poles (he provides them) you'll experience the awesome fitness results of cross-country skiing...without needing snow or skis.
