Fran has a passion for sport and getting active outdoors, whether he's playing rugby; on a winter trek in the mountains; skiing; or on a bike ride along the Thames or the Surrey Hills.
Prior to qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2005 and setting up Fran Sirl Fitness he worked in financial services, property, IT, marketing and hospitality management. So he understands the challenges of staying fit and healthy whilst often spending long periods of the day at a desk, travelling or entertaining clients.
Fran also appreciates the “time for me” challenge presented by family life after the first of his three fabulous daughters (the 'Sirl Girls') arrived in 2004.
