online fitness classes
Every online Fran Sirl Fitness class is a live, freshly prepared session using all our creative energy to deliver lots of exercise variety for you. This keeps every session exciting & fun.
Where appropriate we give easier or harder exercise versions depending on your fitness and mobility. Our online classes are typically 6-8 people connected via Zoom, so we can still give you personal guidance.
No fitness kit? No problem!
You can grab a couple of 750ml/1litre bottles of water or tins of tomatoes (or soup etc?!) to use as 'dumb bells'. If you have your own kit have it ready so we can incorporate it into the workout as we go.
