KIDS FITNESS SESSIONS
As a father of three girls of primary and secondary school age, Fran understands that children have varying interests, skills, confidence and motivation when it comes to sports and exercise.
So whether it's a kids fitness class or personal training it always has to be fun. This applies whether it’s encouraging kids' to get more active or when an individual wants to improve sports performance.
Fran's kids fitness sessions are for girls and boys. They are carefully designed to help develop strength, skills and confidence, while also aiming to contribute to positive long-term lifestyles.
Kids classes start with a warm up; include a variety of agility, balance, coordination and strength exercises; and end with stretches. Throughout the session Fran keeps everyone happy, involved and energised through game play.
Kids personal training is naturally a bespoke service tailored to each participant, just as it is with Fran’s adult PT clients.
