Since the first Fran Sirl Fitness class in 2007 he's kept class numbers to around 4-6 people - guaranteeing you a high level of personal attention. So you exercise at the right level and perform everything correctly and safely.     


You can choose from TWO types of classes: Outdoor Fitness for a whole body strength and cardio; and Nordic Fitness for a low impact but brilliantly effective endurance workout. 

The chat amongst members is always inclusive, covers a broad range of topics (from the fun and frivolous...to the more serious) and regularly leaves everyone smiling and laughing.
