"Fran's classes are like group personal training"...is how clients describe FSF's one hour classes in Richmond Park & Wimbledon Common.  Variety is key and every class is a different adventure for clients to share in…and love!

You can choose from TWO types of classes: Outdoor Fitness for strength & high intensity cardio; and Nordic Fitness for a low impact but brilliantly effective whole-body endurance workout. 

 

Since the first Fran Sirl Fitness class in 2007 class sizes have been kept to around 4-10 people - guaranteeing you a high level of personal attention yet making it very social. So you can exercise at the right intensity level and perform everything correctly and safely.


The chat amongst members is always inclusive, covers a broad range of topics (from the fun and frivolous...to the more serious) and regularly leaves everyone smiling and laughing.
