"Fran's classes are like group personal training"...is how clients describe his one hour classes in Richmond Park & Wimbledon Common.  Variety is key and every class is a different adventure for clients to share in…and love!

You can choose from TWO types of classes: Outdoor Fitness for a whole body strength and cardio; and Nordic Fitness for a low impact but brilliantly effective whole-dody endurance workout. 


Since the first Fran Sirl Fitness class in 2007 class sizes have been kept to around 4-8 people - guaranteeing you a high level of personal attention. So you exercise at the right intensity level and perform everything correctly and safely.     

The chat amongst members is always inclusive, covers a broad range of topics (from the fun and frivolous...to the more serious) and regularly leaves everyone smiling and laughing.
