PAYMENT TERMS

BUYING A BLOCK OF 10 DISCOUNTED CLASS CREDITS

When purchasing 10 class credits in advance at a discounted rate you are agree to book each class(es) at the latest by 11:59pm the day prior to the advertised class you are booking (eg if you are attending the Tuesday 9.30am class you need to book by Monday 11:59pm at the latest). If you book after this time, or turn up on the day without booking, you may be charged the full standard class fee with the difference being debited to your FSF Member Account. Any additional debits will either be added on to your next Block of 10 Discounted Class credits or deducted from your stored credit card on Stripe upon closing your account.

PERSONAL TRAINING

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

Monthly Membership clients will be given a regularly weekly time slot for their training session. Within the Monthly Membership period the client has the flexibility as to when they uilise their 4 training sessions so if the client is going to be away on business or holiday they can choose to increase the number of training sessions completed in another week before and/or after a trip to ensure they stay on track to maximise their membership plan. Alternative training session availability may be limited so they should notify Fran Sirl Fitness (FSF) of any new date requirements at their earliest conveninece. FSF will do everything in their power to fulfil all revised and/or extra booking dates but if the alternatve date(s) offered by us are not suitable or the client is unable to attend, or FSF are not given enough notice of any changes, then the client will be liable for any session(s) not redeemed during the subscription period and which subsequently expire.

Where FSF is unable to fulfil a clients regular weekly training date(s) due to FSF holidays or sickness, the day(s) FSF is absent will be added on to the clients 13 weekQuarterly Membership period to extend the clients end date. Clients taking exceptional periods of leave can contact FSF and we will do everything we can to find a solution that works for the client and FSF.

Clients on the 4 PT sessions per month ‘Monthly Plan’ are inelligible for the FREE PT session reward offer and cannot roll over any unuseed sessions once the month has expired.

QUARTERLY MEMBERSHIP

Clients can either pay the 3 month (13 week) ‘Quarterly Membership’ with 3 x equal payments via the online payment subscription service or by Standing Order from their bank account or they can pay the full balance in advance and receive an additional discount (see current prices).

The 13 week subscription period starts on the date of the first training session occurs and the number of sessions the client has subscribed to will expire at the end of that 13 week membership period (please note: unsused PT sessions cannot be rolled over after the 13 week period has ended).

Clients paying via 3 x monthly payments who use up their allocated sessions before the end of the 13 week period to earn a free PT sessions will need to pay any outstanding monthly payment(s) on the date of the final quarterly session. They will then need to choose a new quarterly membership plan to continue training upon which time a new 13 week Quarterly Membership period will start.

Quarterly Membership Clients using up all their class credits within the 13 week membership time period will receive a FREE PT session as a reward, which will be added on to the start of their next quarterly membership plan. Please note: each client can only earn a maximum of up to 4 free PT sessions per calendar year.

CANCELLATION POLICY

GROUP CLASSES

All individual class booking cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the advertised class start time in order to avoid any charges. Failure to provide 24 hours notice or a no-show on the day will result in the client being charged 100% of the class fee.

The individual class cancellation policy DOES NOT apply to multiple class bookings where attendees are required to book and pay for ALL advertised dates in advance. Once booked these classes cannot be rescheduled and are non-refundable. Therefore if an attendee is a no-show they will be charged 100% of the class(es) booking fee(s).

MONTHLY/QUARTERLY MEMBERSHIP

There are no individual training session cancellation fees with the quarterly membership subscription to give total flexibility if they are unable to attend their regular session(s). Please note that if a client repeatedly cancels sessions and subsequently the alternate date(s) offered are not suitable or there are not enough days or sessions left before their subscription is due to expire then the client will forfeit all unused sessions as none can be rolled over to a future subscription.

PERSONAL TRAINING PAY-AS-YOU-GO

All Individual Personal Training (PT) booking cancellations must be received by Fran Sirl Fitness (FSF) at least 24hrs before your training session booking date in order to avoid being charged 100% of the booking fee.

Client(s) who give 24-48hrs of their booking will be offered an alternative training time(s) in the same calendar week where possible. If no alternative time is available or none of the alternate time(s) offered are suitable, the client will be charged 100% of a regular price session for the cancellation.

Clients providing more than 48hrs notice of cancellation will have that session booking fee rolled over to a future training date/added back to their FSF Membership Account balance.

Fran Sirl Fitness (FSF) understands that emergencies happen. We provide every Individual/Group PT client with one free short-notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 24hrs notice. Subsequent short notice cancellations will be charged for the session. The free short-notice cancellation only applies if FSF is given notice prior to the session start time. No shows are not eligible for the free cancellation.

BLOCK GROUP PT BOOKINGS

Groups booking a block of regular weekly training dates must pay for all session dates in advance. Where a client is unable to attend a pre-booked group PT session then their session fee is still charged to ensure that session is guaranteed to go ahead and at no extra charge to those clients who do attend.

REFUND POLICY

FSF offer a full money back guarantee on all services or blocks of services purchased via BACS/cheque/cash or our website. If you are not satisfied with the service(s) you received, you can get your money back with no questions asked as long as you contact FSF within 14 days of purchase. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your original purchase or BACS bank transfer date. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
